My husband Louie and I met while working for a culinary apprenticeship program for at-risk youth. 12 years and 1 kiddo later, and here we are in Bend, Oregon. Our 11-year-old daughter Khloe plays goalie for the Bend Rapids, our local youth traveling hockey organization. Clients supporting me and my small business ultimately means supporting Khloe with registration costs, new jerseys, tournament fees, equipment, lessons, and more.
